Overview

Provide technical and product training to Clampitt Paper customers and internal personnel. Plan for customer support activities; responsible for quality and productivity of maintenance and support activities.

"THIS IS NOT A HELP DESK IT POSITION"

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support equipment sales activities. Work with sales representatives to educate customers on equipment capabilities and assist in closing equipment sales.
• Provide post sale equipment support.
• Provide onsite technical assistance to help troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Coordinate problem resolution with vendors, customers and others.
• Manage territory, inventory and customer relationships.
• Successful completion of training with various printer and wide format products such as OKI, Mimaki, and Canon.
• Establish and maintain up-to-date file of service manuals, training materials, spare part lists, etc.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Professional, courteous demeanor.
• Experience in multiple hardware/software disciplines required.
• Field support experience.
• Travel required.
• Must be able to work independently.

Ability to lift 50Lbs. Must be able to perform essential functions of the job: stoop, kneel. crouch, reach with arms, stand, walk, push, pull, lift, grasp, hear, see and talk.
