Responsibilities

Follows established procedures under close supervision
• Greets visitors
• Orders office supplies as needed
• Organizes meetings
• Support an office for administrative functions
• May serve as Learning Coordinator responsible for working with BUL/Department Heads and HR to determine annual training needs
• Creates training schedules for BU/departments and communicates scheduled company training opportunities to employees to encourage participation
• Organizes and executes trainings and events including scheduling, sending reminders, providing facilitator with necessary training materials, and ordering/organizing catering

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION

• Associates or Bachelor's degree
• 1-3 years of office experience in a construction-related field preferred
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Ability to be a team player with exceptional organizational, computer, and inter-personal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
