What You’ll Do:

• You'll spend your days assisting customers with their automotive parts needs.
• You'll provide accurate information regarding parts availability, pricing, and special orders.
• You'll process customer orders and returns in a timely manner.
• You'll maintain inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment.
• You'll collaborate with service technicians to ensure they have the necessary parts for repairs.
• You'll keep the parts department organized and clean.

 

 

Requirements:

• Required: Previous experience in a parts counter or similar role (dealership experience strongly valued)
• Required: Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
• Required: Basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing.
• Preferred: Knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
• Preferred: Experience with inventory management software.
