• Technical experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven visual inspection skills
• Knowledge of IPC workmanship standards
• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, specifications, and standards
• Basic computer skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality

Nice to Have:

• Previous inspection or quality control experience
• Familiarity with electronic assembly processes

Preferred Education & Experience:
