Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions, functional abilities, and rehabilitation needs during in-home visits.
• Develop detailed, patient-centered treatment plans tailored to meet the unique goals of each individual, integrating current evidence-based practices.
• Utilize a variety of hands-on therapeutic techniques, manual therapy, and modern modalities to facilitate pain relief, enhance mobility, and restore function.
• Educate patients and family members on treatment processes, injury prevention strategies, and home exercise programs to promote long-term health and wellness.
• Monitor and document patients' progress, making timely adjustments to treatment interventions based on their evolving needs and responses.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive coordination of care and address any additional needs of patients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documentation of interventions, progress notes, and outcomes in compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Senior Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, stroke patients, individuals with chronic pain conditions, and elderly clients needing support for mobility and functional independence. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution, with proof of current state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• Board certification by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in physical therapy, with a strong foundation in home care practices being preferred.
• Proficient in employing a variety of physical therapy techniques, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modern modalities for patient treatment.
• Strong analytical skills to assess patient needs effectively and develop appropriate treatment plans.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of one year of experience is required, candidates with two years or more of experience in home care or outpatient settings will be highly regarded. Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive rehabilitation programs for varied populations, including geriatric clients, is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
