Responsibilities + Qualifications

3+ years of catering, hospitality, or foodservice management experience with a proven track record in catering sales and client relationship management.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Drive catering sales through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship building.

Manage catering inquiries, prepare proposals and quotes, and grow repeat business with corporate clients.

Oversee catering orders from booking through delivery, partnering with kitchen and operations teams to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely execution.

Lead and schedule catering staff while managing food, labor, and operating costs.

Deliver exceptional guest service through proactive communication, problem-solving, and post-delivery follow-up.

Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and operational standards.

Preferred Background

Experience managing corporate and drop-off catering programs.

Established local business network with demonstrated success in generating new catering accounts.

Experience with catering management software and CRM platforms (EZCater, Caterease, TripleSeat, etc)

Working knowledge of commercial kitchen operations and food safety practices.
