Vacation Outside Marketing Agent - Clearwater Beach

Start Date : On or before May 18th, 2026

Location: 4 - 6 Locations on Clearwater Beach – Walking Distance to Resort

Compensation:

• Hourly Base Pay + Weekly Uncapped Commission
• First-Year Earnings Target: $70,000–$100,000
• Full Benefits Package

You’ve worked in  wireless sales, kiosk promotions, door-to-door sales, canvassing, or direct marketing , and you're ready to  build a long-term career while working near the beach . If you thrive in fast-paced, people-facing environments and love the idea of getting rewarded for your energy and effort, this is your chance.

What You’ll Do

As a  Vacation Field Marketing Agent , you’ll engage with guests and prospective customers at 4–6 resort locations (within walking distance)and at  local community events to generate interest in our vacation ownership presentations.

• Approach and interact with guests at resort properties and promotional events
• Spark conversations and generate excitement about vacation ownership opportunities
• Schedule qualified guests for sales presentations
• Meet weekly performance goals with the support of a passionate, energetic team
• Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and confidence

Schedule & Availability

• Must have flexible, open availability
• Weekend availability required
• Days off will be scheduled during the week
• Must be able to work across multiple nearby resort locations and attend off-site events

• Prior experience in sales, promotions, or customer service is a plus
