Bilingual Receptionist

Job Title This position serves as the first point of contact for the public who attend or visit the Center. Responsibilities: The Receptionist greets members and is responsible for all reception duties, including registering new members, tracking their attendance, plus coordinating Transportation. Will also assist with prepping, packaging, and distribution of meals, and may be requested to make wellness calls to members to ensure their safety and well-being. Required Qualifications: 2+ years of customer service and/or clerical experience 1+ year of experience coordinating travel arrangements, lunch orders, RSVPs, and mail distribution 1+ year experience managing an office to include open/close, office supplies, checking printers, organization, and cleanliness Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices Good verbal and written communication skills Bilingual in Spanish required Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
