Position Summary
The HR Director/Manager oversees all human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and personnel record management. This role ensures HR operations are aligned with organizational policy and applicable employment laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes
- Oversee employee relations and workplace compliance matters
- Maintain accurate personnel files and HR documentation systems
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Support performance management and disciplinary processes
- Coordinate training, onboarding, and workforce integration efforts
- Assist leadership with workforce planning and staffing needs
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 4+ years of HR generalist or HR management experience
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance and employment law
- Experience with HRIS systems and recruitment processes
