Jordan Company is seeking a full‑time Project Estimator in the Richmond, VA area with commercial construction experience. Project Estimators work directly with the Owner, Design Team, and Project Management. Responsibilities Analyze drawings, specifications, proposals, and other construction documents to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates for construction projects Compute estimate costs for materials purchased and/or leased equipment, subcontracted work, production activities and requirements, and labor Prepare budget estimates and schedules Perform Value Management Develop procurement strategies Solicit Trade Partner proposals Prepare and execute subcontracts Qualifications and Experience Five years commercial construction experience as a Project Estimator preferred but not required Proficient in Destiny (Beck Technology) Estimating Software preferred but not required Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills Active participant in a team environment Exhibit excellent communication and organizational skills Equal Opportunity Employer Accessibility: If you need an accommodation as part of the employment process please contact Human Resources at: View phone number on click.appcast.io (Phone), View email address on click.appcast.io (Email). #J-18808-Ljbffr W.M.
