Project Manager

About This Role As a Project Manager at Benmar Electric, you'll lead the planning and execution of large-scale electrical projects from bid to closeout. You'll manage budgets, schedules, and teams across government, commercial, and industrial projects throughout Texas. What You'll Do Manage multiple electrical projects simultaneously from preconstruction through completion Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans Coordinate with general contractors, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors Review project plans, specifications, and change orders for accuracy Oversee procurement of materials and equipment Conduct regular site visits and ensure quality and safety standards are met Prepare progress reports and present project updates to leadership What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred Minimum 5 years of electrical project management experience Experience managing projects valued at $1M+ in commercial, industrial, or government sectors Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar) Strong understanding of electrical systems, NEC codes, and construction processes Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Work on landmark Texas infrastructure projects Career growth with one of the fastest-growing electrical contractors in Texas Supportive team environment with experienced leadership Stable, full-time employment with consistent work #J-18808-Ljbffr Benmar Electric
