Our commitment to our vision of keeping our customers flying has earned RHC a variety of recognition from our customers.Robinson is an engineering focused organization that provides challenging and exciting opportunities to contribute to the future of vertical flight.JOB SUMMARY:The Overhaul Supervisor is responsible for leading daily operations within the overhaul department, ensuring all maintenance, repair, and overhaul activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with FAA regulations. This role provides direct supervision of mechanics and technicians, while serving as an A&P-certified leader accountable for quality, execution, and on-time delivery.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:Supervise and coordinate daily overhaul activities, including disassembly, inspection, repair, and reassembly of aircraft components and systemsEnsure all work is performed in accordance with FAA regulations, Repair Station Manual (RSM), and company quality standardsProvide technical guidance and oversight to mechanics and technicians; support troubleshooting and complex repair decisionsReview and validate work performed, ensuring accuracy of documentation and compliance with airworthiness requirementsPlan and prioritize workload to meet production schedules and on-time delivery targetsPartner with Quality, Engineering, and Planning teams to resolve technical issues and improve processesMonitor team performance, provide coaching, and support training and development of staffEnforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environmentSupport continuousPOSITION REQUIREMENTS:FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License required5+ years of aircraft maintenance, overhaul, or MRO experience2+ years of lead or supervisory experience preferredStrong working knowledge of FAA regulations (Part 43, Part 145) and repair station operationsAbility to read and interpret technical manuals, engineering drawings, and maintenance documentationProven ability to lead teams, prioritize work, and execute in a fast-paced environmentPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Experience in a Part 145 Repair StationPrior experience supervising in an aerospace manufacturing or overhaul environmentStrong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skillsHiring Pay Range: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 AnuallyWhat can a career at RHC offer you?We offer our teams members opportunities for professional development, training, and learning.
