You'll be involved with job costs, project billing, vendor activity, budget tracking, contract documentation, and month-end reporting.What you'll ownMaintain accounting records for assigned construction projectsTrack project costs against approved budgetsReview invoices for proper job and cost-code allocationAssist with project billing and change ordersMonitor subcontractor and vendor activityReconcile project-related accountsPrepare job-cost reportsReview project financial performanceAssist Project Managers with budget questionsTrack commitments and outstanding project costsPrepare monthly project reportingAssist with WIP schedules and revenue-related reportingSupport month-end closeResearch cost discrepanciesMaintain project accounting documentationAssist with audits and year-end reporting
