Communications Lead

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and business services sector, is seeking a Communications & Change Management Lead - Strategic Supplier Program to join their team. As a Communications & Change Management Lead, youwill be part of the Organizational Development team supporting strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Communications & Change Management Lead - Strategic Supplier Program Location: Hybrid (US: Raleigh/Durham, San Jose, CA, Austin TX, Atlanta GA); Pay Rate: Commensurate with experience What's the Job? Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to support program milestones. Lead change management initiatives to facilitate the adoption of new labor sourcing processes. Partner with program leadership to align delivery milestones with strategic messaging. Manage stakeholder engagement across all levels of the organization to ensure buy-in. Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of communication and change efforts. What's Needed? 10+ years of professional experience in communications, change management, or related fields. Proven expertise in managing large-scale programs and complex initiatives. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders. Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Experience within large organizations or global companies is preferred. What's in it for me?
