EmpowerHome Mortgage is looking for motivated, licensed Loan Officers to join our growing team. This is an opportunity designed for Loan Officers who want to focus on what they do best— working with clients, building relationships, and closing loans—while we provide the leads and opportunities to help keep your pipeline moving.

Compensation:

$100,000+ at plan commission

Responsibilities:

• Respond quickly to qualified mortgage leads and financing opportunities

• Consult with homebuyers to understand their goals and financial needs

• Educate clients on mortgage programs and home financing options

• Pre-qualify and pre-approve qualified borrowers

• Structure personalized mortgage loan solutions

• Build strong relationships with borrowers, real estate agents, and referral partners

• Maintain consistent follow-up throughout the homebuying and loan process

• Manage an accurate loan pipeline and CRM records

• Collaborate with processing, underwriting, and operations to move loans toward closing

• Deliver an exceptional borrower experience from application through closing

Qualifications:

• Active NMLS Mortgage Loan Officer license required

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills

• Highly coachable, motivated, and eager to learn

• Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency and follow-through

• Ability to manage multiple mortgage leads and loan opportunities

• Consistent follow-up and strong pipeline management skills

• Comfortable working in a performance-driven, goal-oriented environment

• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to an exceptional borrower experience
