Compensation:

$100,000+ at plan commission

Responsibilities: What You'll Do

As a Mortgage Loan Specialist , you'll guide qualified borrowers from application to closing while building a strong, active loan pipeline.

• Convert qualified mortgage leads into funded loans through proactive follow-up

• Guide borrowers through the mortgage application and loan process

• Recommend and structure FHA, VA, Conventional, and USDA loan programs

• Review borrower financials and ensure complete, accurate loan applications

• Run AUS, review underwriting findings, and follow lending and compliance guidelines

• Prepare pre-approvals and pre-qualifications , lock rates, and price loans according to company policy

• Manage an active loan pipeline and meet closing deadlines and production goals

• Maintain strong communication with borrowers, real estate agents, processors, underwriters, title/attorney, and insurance partners

• Build relationships with realtors, builders, referral partners, and the local community to generate repeat and new business

• Stay current on mortgage regulations, industry trends, and local real estate markets

• Meet or exceed monthly and annual loan production goals

Qualifications:

• An active NMLS License is required
• Proven experience closing residential mortgage loans
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-based environment
