What You'll Do

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machines and production equipment
Perform preventive maintenance on motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors
Diagnose mechanical and system issues using schematics, manuals, and precision tools
Disassemble, repair, and rebuild equipment using hand tools, hoists, and cranes
Support machine installations, relocations, and upgrades
Partner with vendors for complex repairs and parts sourcing
Reduce downtime by supporting and training production teams
Maintain accurate inventory of parts, tools, and supplies

What We're Looking For

5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing
Strong CNC troubleshooting and repair experience (required)
Solid knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Experience coordinating with vendors and managing repairs
Strong sense of urgency, ownership, and problem-solving ability
High attention to detail with a strong commitment to safety
