What You’ll Do

• Expert Setup: Perform CNC mill setups with a strong working knowledge of Okuma and Kia CNC equipment.
• Precision Execution: Interpret engineering drawings and use precision measuring tools to ensure accurate results.
• Tooling Optimization: Apply tooling and fixturing expertise to improve machining efficiency and performance.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections and maintain high product quality through strict quality control processes.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of CNC mill setup experience
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and precision measurement tools
• Knowledge of tooling, fixturing, feeds, and speeds
• Experience working with materials such as aluminum, brass, and stainless steel
• Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Compensation

• $24.00–$27.00 per hour
• 1st shift, Monday–Friday
