What You’ll Do

Expert Setup: Perform CNC mill setups with a strong working knowledge of Okuma and Kia CNC equipment.
Precision Execution: Interpret engineering drawings and use precision measuring tools to ensure accurate results.
Tooling Optimization: Apply tooling and fixturing expertise to improve machining efficiency and performance.
Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections and maintain high product quality through strict quality control processes.

What You Bring

3+ years of CNC mill setup experience
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Proficiency in blueprint reading and precision measurement tools
Knowledge of tooling, fixturing, feeds, and speeds
Experience working with materials such as aluminum, brass, and stainless steel
Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Compensation

$24.00–$27.00 per hour
1st shift, Monday–Friday
