Maintenance Technician

Nesco Resource is hiring for a Maintenance Technician in Shelbyville, TN area.

Responsibilities:

Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment and machinery

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime

Inspect machinery and identify potential maintenance issues

Complete maintenance work orders and documentation accurately

Install, modify, and maintain production equipment as needed

Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Collaborate with production and operations teams to support facility goals

Qualifications:

Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred

Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
