CEG Solutions LLC seeks an experienced Corporate Counsel to manage contract intake, reviews and negotiations, guiding risk and compliance. You will drive execution across prime contracts, subcontracts, and vendor terms while coordinating with sales, finance, risk, and leadership. Strong drafting and negotiation skills are essential.
