Senior Commercial Counsel

Partnering with business teams to close deals efficiently, the full-time Senior Commercial Counsel will provide legal guidance on complex agreements, manage in-house legal matters, and improve contract processes in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Provide expert legal advice on deal structure, risk allocation, and practical options to support business decisions Draft, negotiate, and close complex commercial agreements, managing deals from term sheet through signature Build and enhance scalable contract processes and resources to facilitate faster business operations while maintaining legal standards Required qualifications 6-10 years of commercial legal experience in technology transactions, SaaS agreements, or corporate law at a top-tier law firm or high-growth technology company Experience leading complex commercial negotiations from initial term sheet through execution Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance legal risk against business objectives Proven ability to work cross-functionally on multiple projects under tight deadlines Familiarity with using AI tools for legal review and drafting to enhance efficiency and quality
