Family Partner - Dependency Drug Court Substance Use Disorder (SUD)Coordination (DDCSC) - BiligualUnder the supervision of the program manager, the primary role of parent partner is to provide peer supportive services for Dependency Drug Court (DDC) and non – DDC participants. The Family Partner provides skill support and resources to help DDC participants engage with SUD services. We're looking for a candidate who has personal experience with CWS involvement and/or SUD recovery. This role requires this lived experience to build trust with participants to help them utilize the services in our program.Required QualificationsPersonal experience with CWS involvement and/or SUD recovery.Bilingual (English/Spanish) requiredAbility to connect with clients while maintaining effective professional boundaries.Available 2-3 evenings per week until 7 PMAbility to work effectively as part of a team.ResponsibilitiesWorks with participants to identify and overcome barriers to treatment participation.Provides ongoing skill support and case management services via telehealth, home visits, or community settings, during the day and early evening.Collaborates with Substance Use Specialist to meet client needs.Assists in completing screenings and referral linkageAssist in coordination to connect participants to SUD providersSupport participants in initiating and continued engagement in SUD treatmentCompletes progress notes as required by Behavioral Health Services contract. Meets service delivery standards as determined by the contract.Attend court sessions and provide updates to the Court as requiredCompletes other duties as assigned.Schedule/CompensationFT - nonexempt positionM-F 8 hour shifts. Available 2-3 evenings to offer sessions until 7 PM.$22-$24/hour. Salary will commensurate with experience and education.
