Mortgage Loan Originator

Creare Capital Lending is looking for an experienced Mortgage Loan Originator to join our growing team. We specialize in residential and commercial mortgage financing, with a strong focus on Non-QM, DSCR, private money, bridge, fix & flip, and investment-property loans. We’re looking for a motivated, entrepreneurial MLO who knows how to build relationships, generate business, and close deals. What you’ll do: Generate and develop new borrower and referral relationships Consult with clients to identify the right financing solution Structure and originate residential and commercial mortgage loans Work closely with our team from application through closing Build relationships with real estate investors, agents, brokers, developers, and other referral partners Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently follow up with prospects Deliver an exceptional client experience What we’re looking for: Previous mortgage origination experience preferred Strong understanding of mortgage lending and real estate finance Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and comfortable working in a sales-driven environment Strong desire to grow your book of business Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently Why Creare Capital Lending?
