We're looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to elevate social media efforts across our organization and the client centers we support.

In this role, you'll bring our brands, communities, people, and services to life through compelling content and thoughtful social media campaigns. You'll be responsible for building engaged audiences, strengthening brand awareness, supporting key marketing initiatives, and ensuring our social presence reflects the quality, personality, and values of the organizations we support.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute social media campaigns that build awareness, engagement, and measurable results.
• Manage social channels across multiple brands and locations, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Create compelling, platform-specific content that brings our people, services, communities, and culture to life.
• Own content calendars and coordinate photos, videos, interviews, testimonials, and social-first content.
• Partner with marketing/sales, operations, and center leadership to uncover strong stories and campaign opportunities.
• Stay ahead of social trends and bring fresh ideas that grow reach, engagement, and visibility.
• Monitor audience engagement and help strengthen brand reputation across social channels.
• Track performance, report on results, and use insights to continuously improve campaigns.
• Support paid social campaigns, including creative development, targeting, execution, and optimization.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Public Relations, Human Resources, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, content, or campaign management strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Canva and Hootsuite (Preferred)
• A strong storyteller with excellent writing, communication, and content creation skills.
• Proven success in creating social campaigns that drive engagement, awareness, and audience growth.
• Deep familiarity with major social platforms and emerging trends.
• Experience managing multiple brands, locations, or accounts at once.
• Strong understanding of social analytics, reporting, and performance optimization.
• Experience with short-form video and paid social is a plus.
• Healthcare, senior living, post-acute care, or multi-location experience is a plus.
