Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Dentist in Auburn, New York.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient general dentistry role within nonprofit community healthcare organization
• Four-day work week designed to support provider balance and long-term sustainability
• Opportunity to provide comprehensive dental care to diverse patient population
• Established support team and structured workflows allowing focus on patient care
• Finger Lakes region community offering outdoor recreation, wineries, boating, hiking, and historic attractions

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $185,000 – $210,000 based on experience
• Student loan repayment eligibility up to $100,000
• Sign-on bonus available case by case
• Relocation assistance available case by case

SCHEDULE
• Tuesday through Friday schedule
• Four 10-hour shifts weekly
• 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• No nights required
• No weekends required

ROLE
• Provide comprehensive outpatient dental services
• Deliver bread-and-butter general dentistry procedures
• See approximately 15–20 patients daily
• Diagnose and treat dental conditions and oral health concerns
• Collaborate with support staff to ensure high-quality patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation and treatment planning

• Clear and active New York Dentist license REQUIRED
• DEA license in New York REQUIRED
• DDS or DMD degree REQUIRED
• Strong patient-centered communication skills REQUIRED
• Comfortable providing bread-and-butter general dentistry REQUIRED
• Team-oriented and compassionate care approach REQUIRED
