Partnering with the Market General Manager, this leader develops high-performing teams, optimizes service operations, and executes strategies that drive sustainable business growth. This is a player-coach leadership role focused primarily on operations leadership and repair sales performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily service operations to achieve safety, quality, customer satisfaction, productivity, and profitability goals.Drive repair sales growth through opportunity identification, pipeline reviews, forecasting, and execution excellence.Coach and develop supervisors, technicians, administrators, and customer-facing teams.Manage staffing, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement.Use data and KPIs to improve operational performance and customer outcomes.Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes.Act as a primary customer escalation and relationship management leader.Partner with sales teams to increase customer retention and service growth.Ensure compliance with labor agreements, policies, safety requirements, and business practices.Knowledge and SkillsStrong operations leadership and business acumen.Financial analysis and budget management skills.Customer-focused mindset with demonstrated service leadership experience.Ability to influence change and lead cross-functional teams.Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.Required Qualifications5+ years of leadership experience in a service-oriented business.Experience leading field operations, maintenance, repair, installation, customer service, logistics, facilities management, industrial services, or comparable operational teams.Demonstrated success delivering business results through operational improvement, revenue growth, customer retention, and team development.Experience managing budgets, forecasting, performance metrics, and workforce planning.Preferred ExperienceTechnical service, construction services, HVAC, facilities management, manufacturing, transportation, utilities, or similar industries.Experience growing repair, aftermarket, recurring revenue, or service businesses.At KONE, we foster an innovative and collaborative culture, valuing each individual's contribution.
