Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the assembly, processing, and packaging of products in a fast-paced factory environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, familiarity with manufacturing processes, and a commitment to safety standards. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to efficient production operations while ensuring quality and safety compliance.

We are looking for 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift canididates.

Bilingual is preferred!!!

Responsibilities

• Interpret manufacturing documents, technical drawings, and work instructions accurately to ensure proper assembly and production procedures.
• Use measuring instruments and hand tools to perform precise mechanical assembly and quality checks.
• Follow safety protocols rigorously, including manual handling techniques and heavy lifting procedures.
• Support process improvement initiatives by adhering to lean manufacturing principles and suggesting efficiencies.
• Manage daily production tasks on the assembly line, ensuring timely completion of assigned work.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, including documenting measurements, inspections, and process deviations.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals while maintaining high safety standards.
• Assist in managing production or assembly teams by providing guidance on technical procedures and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Proven factory experience with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of mechanical assembly, technical drawing interpretation, and manual handling techniques.
• Familiarity with manufacturing management systems and production document interpretation.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and adhere strictly to safety standards in production environments.
• Mechanical knowledge combined with proficiency in using hand tools for assembly tasks.
• Demonstrated commitment to process improvement, safety protocols, and teamwork in a manufacturing setting.
