Clinton, IA | Full-Time or Part-Time | Multiple Shifts Available | $16.00+/hour, based on experience

Job Description:

Eagle Point Nursing & Rehabilitation is looking for dedicated and dependable Food Service Workers! We offer a friendly work environment and on the job training for the right candidate. There are both day and evening shifts needed part time and full time. Every other weekend is also required.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in preparation and serve food and beverages in accordance with established recipes, standards, and dietary modifications.
• Set up and break down food service and dining areas.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment.
• Properly operate, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, infection control, and sanitation regulations
• Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Communicate with residents and team members professionally - even when the kitchen gets busy. 
• Protect resident privacy and confidential information. 

What We're Looking For: 

We're looking for someone who: 

• Previous work experience as a dietary aide or in a similar role is preferred.
• Is comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to Pass a Criminal Background Check
• Able to read, write and follow oral and written instructions.
• Takes pride in cleanliness, organization, and doing things the right way. 
• Can occasionally or frequently lift up to 40 lbs.

Education: 

• High School Diploma/GED required 

Experience: 

• One (1) year of food experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related medical facility preferred (but not necessary, will train the right candidate). 
• Entry Level (0-2 years)

Pay: Starting at $16.00/hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time

Shift: Day or Night shift options
