Field Service Technician I
$18.50-$20.00, depending on experience
Monthly Technician Bonus up to $450.00, per month
Fleet Vehicle and gas card (based on availability)

Position Summary: Repair, service, and maintain office equipment by performing diagnostic tests; cleaning, repairing, or replacing parts and components; maintaining parts and supplies inventory at customer locations in assigned territories.
Responsibilities:
Service and maintain customers' digital office equipment (copiers) in assigned territory.
Repair copy and printer equipment-hardware and software related.
Verify equipment functioning by completing test initiatives and final adjustments.
Complete document service actions-service forms, reports, logs, and records.
Ownership for accomplishing new requests; exploring opportunities to add value to position accomplishments.
Maintain and service company office equipment and color systems on the customer premises.
Perform copier machine modification and software upgrades/maintenance.
Assess and troubleshoot customer software and hard copy orders for production problems or issues.
Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
A minimum of one year of experience in one or more of the following:
Technical repair, service & installation of copier/office equipment (Preferred)
Technical service, repair or training of Photo ID systems/software, printers, ID Badge, or Fingerprint equipment
Technical service, repair or support of comparable products
Advanced education or certification or internships in respective areas can be used to meet experience requirement
Ability to lift 50 lbs. and comfortable with frequent bending, lifting, and reaching
Valid Driver's License
