About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Loan Servicing to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end servicing of the company's commercial property assessed clean energy (C-PACE) loan portfolio. This includes post-close onboarding, managing the full loan servicing lifecycle, and serving as the dedicated lead for complex loan structures. The role demands a hands-on approach and the ability to build and maintain amortization schedules, administer the loan servicing system, and ensure compliance with state-specific C-PACE program requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial loan or special-assessment servicing, with a focus on adapting servicing fundamentals to the unique lien structure of C-PACE loans. Applicants for the Vice President of Loan Servicing position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in loan servicing, commercial real estate finance, or structured/commercial lending, with a preference for those with direct C-PACE experience. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required. The role also involves managing and developing a servicing team, coordinating internal and external reporting, and partnering with other departments to ensure a smooth hand-off from closing to servicing. The candidate must be detail-oriented, possess strong leadership and process-building skills, and be adept at using tools like AI to refine processes.
