Vice President of Philanthropy

On behalf of our client, The Constellation Fund, CohenTaylor is conducting a retained executive search for a new Vice President of Philanthropy.
The Constellation Fund (Constellation) is a philanthropic organization in the Twin Cities dedicated to fighting poverty through evidence-driven investments in nonprofits working across education, employment, health, and housing. The Constellation Fund is effectively changing the narrative on traditional charity by treating poverty fighting as a precise, high-impact investment portfolio. They use a cutting-edge, algorithmic approach to maximize the human return on every single dollar deployed. They are engineering measurable poverty alleviation for lasting community impact.
In this pivotal leadership role, the Vice President of Philanthropy will shape and scale Constellation's philanthropic enterprise, leading strategy and cultivating transformational relationships with major donors, foundations, and corporate partners. This new leader will build on significant momentum to advance Constellation's growth and philanthropic impact.
