Key Qualifications:

• Valid ESE endorsement required
• Experience working with elementary school-aged students preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs and adapt curriculum as needed
• Willingness to engage in onsite-only instruction

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction to students with diverse learning needs in 4th and 5th grade
• Develop individualized education plans and maintain compliance with educational standards
• Collaborate effectively with general education teachers, related service providers, and families
• Monitor and document student progress, making adjustments as needed to support growth
• Implement behavioral management strategies and evidence-based interventions
• Engage in professional development and contribute positively to the school community
