Primary Care Physician – Outpatient Geriatric Care

Pompano Beach, FL
$250,000 – $260,000 base salary + annual bonus
Monday–Friday | No Weekends

We are seeking a Primary Care Physician for an excellent outpatient opportunity in Pompano Beach, Florida . This role is ideal for a physician who enjoys building meaningful patient relationships, working with a supportive clinical team, and practicing in a well-structured environment focused on quality care.

This is a full-time, outpatient position serving a geriatric patient population with a manageable daily patient volume, strong clinical support, and a Monday through Friday schedule.

Position Highlights

• Base salary: $250,000 – $260,000
• Bonus: Lucrative annual bonus opportunity
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No weekends
• Start date: 45–90 days
• Patient volume: 12–16 patients per day
• Patient population: Geriatrics
• Setting: Outpatient Primary Care
• EMR: eClinicalWorks
• Support: Full staff support and Advanced Practice Providers

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient Primary Care services
• Manage chronic conditions and preventive care needs
• Build strong relationships with patients and care team members
• Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers and clinical staff
• Document patient encounters accurately using eClinicalWorks
• Support a patient-centered approach to care

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active or eligible Florida medical license
• Comfortable providing outpatient care to an adult/geriatric patient population
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
