Primary Care Physician - Outpatient

Medical Director Opportunity – Central Florida

We are seeking a Board-Certified Primary Care Physician to join a growing organization serving the adult and Medicare population.

Location: Orlando, FL

Position Highlights:

Medical Director role
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
No hospital rounding
Minimal call (1 week per year)
Adult/Geriatric patient population
Leadership opportunity with established support staff

Compensation & Benefits:

$260,000 base salary
PCP bonus up to $24,000
Medicare bonus up to $36,000
Sign-on bonus available
17 days PTO
CME allowance and paid CME time
Malpractice with tail coverage
Florida license, DEA, and NICA paid
401(k) with employer match

Requirements:

Board Certified MD/DO
Primary Care experience preferred
Spanish a plus
