We specialize in representing individuals who have experienced on-the-job injuries and are committed to ensuring they receive the highest quality care. We are currently seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Paralegal to join our team. Responsibilities & Requirements Provide comprehensive support in managing overall case proceedings Analyze records and reports effectively Assist in assigning and overseeing tasks for case managers, legal assistants, and office staff Contribute to thorough discovery processes to gather evidence for successful litigation Assist in evaluating medical records and reports, applying criteria from the American Medical Association Guides to Permanent Disability 5th Edition Support in determining appropriate case values and drafting settlement demands Collaborate in negotiating settlements and providing clients with informed recommendations on legal matters related to their workers' compensation cases Assist in the preparation for and representation at depositions, hearings, and other legal proceedings Benefits Competitive pay Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage 9 to 10 paid holidays Paid time off Discretionary bonuses Equal Opportunity Our firm is committed to providing equal employment opportunities.
