Talent Acquisition Specialist I

Position Overview MCI is a fast‑growing tech‑enabled business services company that delivers Customer Experience (CX), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and Anything‑as‑a‑Service solutions across industries. We operate both on‑site and remote contact centers, leveraging advanced technologies to enhance customer journeys, drive scalability, and reduce costs. Position Responsibilities As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage the entire recruitment life cycle, handling inbound/outbound calls, phone interviews, scheduling on‑site interviews, and tracking progress in our system. You will develop new recruiting processes and tools, and assist with data entry and employee filing. Manage administrative tasks such as background checks, drug screens, file maintenance, and reports. Travel off‑site to network, attend job fairs, and promote open‑house events. Develop new recruiting processes and promotional ideas in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Manager. Maintain employment records and keep employee files up to date. Assist with time‑keeping data and compliance with employment laws. Candidate Qualifications You must have 3+ years of recruiting or HR experience, be confident, outgoing, and self‑motivated, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and data‑entry accuracy. Understanding of and willingness to adhere to process guidelines. Exceptional time‑management skills and a solid sense of ownership. Proficiency with MS Office tools. Ability to work in a metrics‑driven, fast‑paced environment. Timely, proactive, assertive problem‑solving. Strong understanding of confidentiality and employment laws. Call‑center experience preferred. Compensation Details Starting compensation is based on experience. Physical Requirements The job requires a largely sedentary duty, with frequent use of a computer, telephone headset, copier, and printer.
