Accounts Receivable Analyst

Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Analyst, the full-time remote position will manage customer billing operations, account reconciliations, and assist with month-end close activities while contributing to the development of efficient accounting processes. Key Responsibilities Support customer and partner billing operations, including invoice generation, payment application, and collections support Prepare and maintain account reconciliations for Revenue and AR-related accounts, investigating discrepancies as needed Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting Required Qualifications 2+ years of AR-related accounting experience, preferably in SaaS or high-growth tech environments Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CPA-track a plus) Strong understanding of US GAAP principles and experience with accounting software (NetSuite, Sage, QuickBooks, or similar) Accurate, thorough, and organized with a strong sense of accountability Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, evolving remote environment
