Accounts Receivable Analyst Our growing company is hiring an Accounts Receivable Analyst to work hybrid in Atlanta, GA. Description of the Role The key role of an employee who works as Accounts Receivable is to ensure their company receives payments for goods and services and records these transactions accordingly. Responsibilities of the Role Maintaining the accuracy of the billing to the customers Generating invoices and account statements Performing account reconciliations Maintaining accounts receivable files and records Producing monthly financial and management reports Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries Assisting in general financial management and analysis Assisting with claims resolutions and due diligence Producing customers SOP Maintaining the accounts receivable bookkeeping for GL clean and accurate. Constant process improvement ideas Assisting with assigned AR projects Other finance activities per management designation. Experience of the Role 3-4 years of experience in accounting is required. A bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or Economics, Business studies, Administration or Mathematics is a plus. At least 2 years of experience in ERPs (SAP preferable) Client's portals (EDI) Knowledge Experience in PBI and Microsoft packet (Excel, word, ppt, Visio) Data analytics #J-18808-Ljbffr
