Overview Estate Planning Attorney position with a Dallas law firm. Dallas-based boutique tax and estate planning firm. Salary $90,000 - $140,000 per year. Why join us Competitive Pay 100% Covered Health Insurance Generous PTO Work/Life Balance with no weekends or late nights 401(k) Match Job Details / Responsibilities Draft and negotiate agreements relating to the sale, acquisition, leasing and financing of commercial real estate Draft corporate documents, including partnership agreements and corporate resolutions Minimum of 2-5 years of estate planning experience including wills, trusts and probate matters Represent clients in probate court and other legal proceedings related to estate planning Minimum of 1-3 years of transactional experience in real estate and corporate matters (a plus) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with minimal supervision Work with clients directly with the supervision of senior attorneys Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials Enjoy working with clients from a variety of ethnic backgrounds (proficiency in another language is a plus) Identify valuable law firm and title relationships and investment opportunities Oversee and accelerate new business growth by managing, developing and implementing initiatives for core practice areas Identify current influencers and referral sources Develop new referral sources (inbound and outbound) Identify local market opportunities for new business development Qualifications Experience drafting and negotiating real estate and corporate documents Strong communication and client-facing skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus Licensing & Compliance Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
