HR Business Partner

Lutron Electronics Co., Inc. has an immediate opening for an HR Business Partner supporting our 2nd-shift (3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.) operations at our Meadows warehousing facility in Allentown, PA. In this position, you will be a key part of the Human Resource team. A successful HR Business Partner will perform as a strategic liaison between Human Resources and your assigned business partners. You will work closely with senior leaders to support the objectives of the organization and develop their teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site leadership to translate business needs into effective HR actions
• Coach and support managers on performance, employee relations, and corrective action
• Solve workforce challenges and drive practical, scalable solutions
• Collaborate with corporate HR teams to align local execution with enterprise strategy
• Execute core HR operations, including payroll support, staffing, and compliance
• Recruit and hire exempt and non-exempt talent aligned to business goals
• Build staffing plans to ensure operational continuity
• Develop and deliver training to strengthen workforce capability
• Support onboarding to drive early employee success
• Use data to guide workforce and compensation decisions
• Lead or contribute to HR projects that drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology or related field
• Minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.00 or 10+ years of work experience post academics
• 7+ years' experience working in HR
• Ability to cover 2nd-shift hours (3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.)
• HR certification preferred
• Effective at collaboratively driving projects with cross-functional teams
• Experience working effectively in a matrix organization
• Excellent judgement in complex situations with multiple stakeholders
