Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical ICU (MSICU)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical Intensive Care Unit setting
• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, identifying and responding to changes in condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with care plans and physician orders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and deliver high-quality critical care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Strong critical care or ICU background
• Ability to work night shift hours
• Current BLS certification; ACLS may be required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Open heart or cardiovascular surgical experience
• Prior MSICU or similar high-acuity ICU experience
