Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical ICU (MSICU)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Night Shift | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical ICU setting during night shift hours
• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, identifying and responding to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Connecticut or compact state eligibility
• Strong critical care background with demonstrated ICU experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ability to work night shift in an onsite, fast-paced critical care environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Open heart or cardiovascular ICU experience
• Prior experience in a high-acuity Medical Surgical ICU setting
