Assembly Line Worker

Assembly Line Worker 1st & 2nd Shift Available $17/hr paid weekly Position Summary The Assembly Line Worker is responsible for assembling, packaging, inspecting, and preparing products according to established quality and production standards. This role works as part of a fast-paced manufacturing team to ensure products are completed accurately, efficiently, and safely while meeting customer requirements and production schedules. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assemble components, parts, and finished products according to work instructions and specifications. Operate production line equipment and machinery in a safe and efficient manner. Inspect materials, components, and finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Package products for shipment according to customer and company requirements. Maintain production quotas and meet daily output goals. Identify and report defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns to supervisors. Perform basic troubleshooting and minor adjustments to equipment as needed. Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Follow all company policies, procedures, and work instructions. Assist with inventory movement, material handling, and other production-related tasks as assigned. Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and quality. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production experience preferred but not required. Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic math and problem-solving skills. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift. Ability to frequently use hands for repetitive tasks. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, with or without accommodation. Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive motions. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to moving machinery, noise, and varying temperatures.
