Tekberry is preparing to support hiring for multiple production opportunities with our client, a global leader in advanced manufacturing and materials technology.

We anticipate openings across manufacturing, warehouse, operations, engineering support, and production leadership. These positions will support a growing manufacturing operation in New Albany, OH and offer opportunities for candidates with a variety of experience levels.

Typical Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary by position and may include:

Manufacturing & Production

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
• Monitor manufacturing processes and product quality
• Perform basic troubleshooting and equipment adjustments
• Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Warehouse & Logistics

• Receive, stock, and move materials throughout the facility
• Pick, pack, and stage materials for production
• Perform inventory transactions and cycle counts
• Safely operate material handling equipment (where applicable)

Engineering & Technical Support

• Support production equipment and manufacturing processes
• Assist with troubleshooting and continuous improvement projects
• Work closely with operations and maintenance teams
• Document process improvements and equipment changes

Production Leadership

• Coordinate daily production activities
• Support employee training and safety initiatives
• Monitor productivity, quality, and production schedules
• Assist with problem solving and continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (Associate's or Bachelor's degree may be required for some positions)
• Manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, production, or industrial experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer skills

Preferred Qualifications

Depending on the position:

• Forklift certification or warehouse equipment experience
• Mechanical aptitude
• Manufacturing equipment operation
• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Engineering or technical background
• Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement experience

Work Environment

• 100% onsite
• Manufacturing and warehouse environment
• Standing, walking, lifting, bending, and moving throughout the shift
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required
• Overtime may be available based on business needs
