Process Engineer

Job Description Lead the introduction of new parts and processes into full-scale production environments Collaborate with technicians to set up molds and troubleshoot rubber injection molding processes Develop and optimize process parameters and techniques to establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for product lines Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve production line issues Drive product line reliability while achieving cost savings through scrap reduction initiatives Mentor, coach, and train a team of process technicians to enhance their technical capabilities Key Requirements Experience in rubber or plastics manufacturing is highly preferred; strong manufacturing leaders will also be considered BS degree in Engineering preferred Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines #J-18808-Ljbffr
