Overview Sr. AE/Recruiter – Heavy Civil & Commercial Building Construction Lead complex bridge and DOT structures projects with a respected, family-owned heavy civil contractor. What You'll Do Oversee multiple DOT bridge and structures projects across Georgia Interpret plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure quality and compliance Maintain budgets, schedules, and project documentation Coordinate materials, subcontractors, and delivery timelines Partner with Foremen, Superintendents, and engineers for daily execution Mentor junior engineers and field staff Drive safety, operational excellence, and cross-division collaboration Travel to project sites throughout Georgia as needed What We're Looking For 5–10 years of experience in heavy civil, bridge, or DOT structures projects Prior Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer experience (DOT projects preferred) Strong knowledge of bridge construction methods, specifications, and materials Proven leadership, mentoring, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with project management tools such as Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and MS Office Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent preferred Annual bonus opportunities Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance 401(k) with company match Company vehicle Opportunities for career growth and internal promotion within a mentorship-driven environment Compensation & Benefits Base pay range: $120,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr Note: This range is provided by Top Gun Staffing, Inc.
