Physician Assistant I - Pain Management | Part-Time, Days

Location: Queens, New York Shift: Day Flex (United States of America) Overview Physician Assistant – Pain Management Program | Part‑Time, Days at NewYork‑Presbyterian Queens. Physicians Assistants work collaboratively to deliver high‑quality orthopedic and rehabilitative care, focusing on acute and chronic pain management. Responsibilities Follow acute and chronic pain cases and perform pain consults. Develop pain policies and provide pain education to staff. Serve as the hospital specialist in pain management and main resource for anesthesiologists, nurses, and patients. Assist in setting standards of care for pain management through collaborative relationships. Qualifications At least one year of inpatient medicine experience. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physician Assistant studies. NYS licensure. NCCPA certification. Preferred Criteria Experience in pain management or related specialties. Strong teamwork and communication skills. All roles require on‑site presence; employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP. NYP will not reimburse travel expenses.
