WHAT YOU’LL DO: As a highly skilled and customer-focused Solutions Architect, you will play a critical role in working alongside our sales team to engage prospects, qualify opportunities, and design edge-based computer vision solutions. As the primary technical resource in the pre-sales phase, the Solutions Architect will help identify prospective client needs, define technical requirements, and create compelling, scalable solutions that leverage our cutting-edge computer vision platform. Role and Responsibilities: - Opportunity Qualification: Collaborate with sales representatives to assess the technical feasibility and compatibility of potential projects with our computer vision solutions. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business objectives, technical constraints, and use cases. - Solution Design: Design tailored solutions that meet customer requirements by selecting and integrating appropriate components across hardware, software, and edge deployment configurations. Ensure that solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices for computer vision. - Technical Expertise: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our computer vision platform, including its technical specifications, deployment methodologies, and customization options. Provide guidance on edge deployments, data handling, model inference, and integrations with client infrastructure. - Demo and Proof of Concept (POC): Lead technical demonstrations and POCs to showcase product capabilities and benefits. This includes configuring demo environments, guiding clients through the technology, and troubleshooting any technical issues. - Customer Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for technical discussions, addressing client inquiries about the product’s architecture, APIs, security, scalability, and deployment scenarios. - Collaboration: Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to provide customer feedback, identify product improvements, and advocate for features that would enhance our solution’s ability to meet client needs. The Skillset You’ll Bring: - Experience in solutions architecture, technical sales engineering, or related role, preferably in a computer vision, AI, or IoT-focused company.
