We provide high-quality ABA Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Occupational Therapy through our family of licensed clinical entities: **AGES Learning Solutions LLC – ABA Therapy Proficio Speech Therapy Group Inc – Speech Therapy Child’s Play Therapy Services PC – Occupational Therapy** Today, we operate 11 clinics across the United States, supported by more than 250 clinicians. We are actively expanding into additional cities throughout California and Utah, with international growth underway in India and the Middle East. Join us as we continue building a unified, global therapy organization dedicated to empowering children and families.**This would be a temporary position for 3-6 months****Essential duties and responsibilities:*** Answering phones* Converting new leads into patients* Rescheduling canceled appointments* Maintaining full capacity for all providers through scheduling actions* Collecting co-pays* Processing medical records requests* Completing registration forms* Anticipating staff/patient/family needs, and responding with appropriate, high level care* Registers and orients all patients to clinic policies* Maintain client records## Qualifications**Ideal Candidate:*** Must have ability to work through interruptions and multitask independently in a fast-paced environment* Must be able to prioritize and multi-task* Must be customer focused* We are looking for a self starter who can think outside of the box and be a problem solver* Must be able to create and maintain trust and confidence with new and existing patients* A polished professional appearance is required to be the face of the office* Must be computer literate with EMR and Epic Experience.* Experience in Salesforce will be a plus.**Minimum Qualifications:*** Bachelor's Degree* Experience with: Medical Office Administration/Management Sales* Customer Service* Project Management -scheduling, task organization, proactivity & ability to look/plan ahead* Technological Literacy (at minimum, Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, & Phone Systems**Other Attributes:*** Flexibility and warmth* Outstanding verbal & written communication skills* Proactive Self-starter* Detail oriented* Team Player* Lover of community, children, & supporting others.**Benefits:*** 401(k) matching* Flexible spending account* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insurance*Equal Employment Opportunity**Proficio Therapy Services is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer committed to building a team that represents the racial, ethnic and linguistic needs of our clients.
