Property Manager - Apartment Community

Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our team at Brookwood Apartments (216 units) . We invest in our properties and our people. Long term owners/management offering a long term career and company you can actually RETIRE from. Salary: $53,000-$58,000 per year based on experience. Plus lots of ways to earn amazing bonuses throughout the year ($5,000+ a year). SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 8 - 5 PM, occasional Saturdays 10 AM - 3 PM.
